How does the Program work?

All Programs and Guides are handled in a single shared google sheets document that only you and your coach access. Here you will fill in any and all data that your coach asks you to track. You and your coach will go over all of the information in your weekly check-ins. Your coach will make recommendations each week based on the data your provide. The more data you fill in the better your recommendations will be and in turn your results.

Clients that fill in more than 90% of the information required get 2x the results. If you want more results give more information.

In both out 12 week and our 18 week programs we will teach you how to track your nutrition. we will show you how to select food in My Fitness Pal that are accurate and will help you achieve your fitness goals.
